Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WAYYBILL, operated by WAYYSTAR Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
WAYYBILL helps small businesses create and manage quotes, invoices, receipts, customers, and related records on mobile and web. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service for lawful business purposes. If you use WAYYBILL on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and protect access to your devices.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@agrovio.online if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, security, or other users
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse APIs except as allowed by law
- Upload malware or content that is illegal or abusive
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using social sign-in
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the business content you create (customers, documents, logos, notes, and similar data). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices, tax information, payment instructions, and communications you send to your customers. WAYYBILL is a productivity tool; it does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
6. AI features
Optional WAYY AI features may generate draft content from your prompts. Outputs can be incorrect or incomplete. You must review and approve any AI-assisted content before using it in business documents or sending it to customers.
7. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties (for example authentication providers, email delivery, hosting, and AI providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
WAYYBILL, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by WAYYSTAR Technologies or its licensors. Except for your own content, these Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by us in writing.
9. Fees
Current access may be offered free of charge or under a plan we publish. We may introduce or change fees with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to a paid change, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
10. Availability & changes
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for downtime, data delay, or loss beyond what applicable law requires.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYYSTAR TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify WAYYSTAR Technologies against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, subject to your non-waivable rights.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
